Project 350Z- Interior and Exterior

Friday, June 16th, 2006

Exterior modifications include WALD Z33 Lip Kit and a full color change over to the Lamborghini Verde Ithica Mica found on the Murcielago.  A full carbon fiber Seibon hatch and Seibon Oem hood complement the Mastergrade full carbon fiber pillars and roof.  Craftsquare carbon fiber mirrors finish off exterior of the 430z.  With the rear strut bar being an eye sore when looking into the hatch, we removed and welded in structural plates and a custom strut bar to keep the car stable and rigid.  A full list of Audio/Video components include 3 Rockford Fosgate PUNCH amplifiers, 3 PUNCH P3 Subwoofers, an Eclipse 8454 CD Receiver, 7” monitor, and DV3101 DVD Receiver.  All this is enclosed in a in house custom built fiberglass enclosure.  Other interior amenities include Sparco Torino Seats, X Fast Shift Knob, Lap5 steering wheel, NRG Quick Release hub, Custom Carbon Leather Armrests, Headliner, and Shift Boot.  Defi BF Series Boost, Fuel Pressure, and Oil Temp make sure the engine runs perfect.  We didn’t stop just on the interior as the undercarriage of the car is completely polished and chromed for a mirror finish.

Project Nissan 350Z- Putting the power to the ground

Friday, June 16th, 2006

If you read the last installment about our Nissan 350Z we just completed, you probalby wanted to know more about what we didi to get 700+ horsepower to the ground. Not being one to disappoint, here it goes.  To make sure all this power makes it to the ground; we opted to install a Cusco 2-Way LSD, Cusco Zero-2 Coilovers, rear camber correction kit, and upgraded sway bars.  Behind RO_JA 19×9.5 and 19×10.5 RS-2 wheels and Dunlop Sport Maxx Tires is a Stoptech 14” 4 Piston Front and Rear Big Brake kit to make sure the car will stop in the shortest amount of time.

    More to come-

Nissan 350Z project is done!!

Friday, June 16th, 2006

After a full year of design, fabrication, implementation, and doing it all over again the Injected Performance 4.3L 350z is finally finished.  Boasting an AEBS 4.3L stroked VG35 motor with 8.5:1 pistons, Pauter Rods, custom cut headgaskets, ½ head studs, Ferrea Valve Train, and a GT42 custom single turbo kit, the “430Z” has laid down 767rwhp at a low 23psi.  Remember, the GT42 is not in its efficiency range until 25-35psi.  40psi dyno pulls are on their way.  To complement the single turbo kit and custom intercooler is Adel Wiggins connectors making sure all the piping does not come off.  Other upgrades include our billet twin pump designed fuel hanger, custom -08 fuel rails with 1600cc injectors, and Nitrous Express single fogger system and NTercooler Sprayer.  To control all the engine, fuel, timing parameters is our plug and play Magnetti Marreli ECU.  This is the same engine management used in Formula 1 and Kart race teams.  We have been able to control drive-by-wire as well as Variable Cam Control with this engine management.  Simple alterations to the Cam Control netted 60rwhp at low boost!

More to come later…

We have Teamed up with ARP to bring you L19 Head Studs for your VQ35

Wednesday, May 17th, 2006

That’s right.  We have been working closely with ARP to develop a set of L19 Head Studs for your Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35.  Why is this such a big deal? Weren’t there already some on the market? Yea, there were, but they required you to machine the engine block and cylinder hear to accept the larger studs.  Not only is this costly but also time consuming and dirty.  The new ARP L19 Head Studs we have developed, require no maching of any kind and will fit your stock engine block.  The L19 Head Studs also have 1000 psi more clamping force than a standard ARP Head Stud.  If you want to make serious power out of your VQ35, this is one upgrade you cannot afford to skip.
